These items are required to enable basic website functionality.
Marketing
These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator’s permission.
Analytics
These items help the website operator understand how its website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues. This storage type usually doesn’t collect information that identifies a visitor.
Personalization
These items allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, a website may provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing data about your current location.

Getting started

Develop a product from scratch

Product Development Plan

Explore what is possible, what is realistic, and what will be the most critical focus areas of the development effort. We'll assemble the right people from our team to engage with yours for intensive creative and technical sessions to define the path. Our place or yours?

Engineering Sprints

We execute design and engineering in sprints, or small "chunks", to ensure that our work is aligned with what our clients need.  This means close collaboration, fast engineering and design execution, and then more collaboration to review results and decide on next steps.

Product Development

01.

Research & Strategy

Successful product development efforts start with a solid strategy. This means understanding the competition, the user, and the channel to market so that the heavy lifting of development is focused in the right way.

02.

Industrial Design

Your product needs to be designed with a look and feel compatible with the way it will be used and in line with what your target market demands. This includes user interface and user experience (UI/UX) as well as material choice, textures, ergonomics, and shaping.

03.

Mechanical Engineering

Durability, manufacturing processes compatibility, enclosure design, thermal management, and mechanism design are in the realm of mechanical engineering. Our mechanical team focuses on reliable functionality balanced with manufacturing cost.

04.

Electronics Development

Circuit board design, component selection, sensor integration, and power systems drive electronics functionality. Our electronics development team has built everything from complex IoT products to ultra-rugged agricultural products.

05.

Software Development

Smart devices need to work with an app. Whether PC, iOS, Android, or otherwise, our software developers work in parallel with the broader project team. As the hardware progresses, we develop the firmware that controls the embedded hardware as well as the accompanying applications.

06.

Prototyping

Prototyping throughout development is a key part of successful projects. Our in-house prototyping shop builds prototypes for functional validation, user testing, video production, and even trade shows.

07.

Testing and Certifications

The harsh reality is that many products need specific regulatory certifications to be sold in specific markets. Our engineers have managed testing and certification for UL, CE, FCC, MIL-STD, and more.

Manufacturing

Additive

When you need speed, low quantities, or low tooling costs 3D printing can be the best solution. We offer a wide array of options and technologies and will find the best solution for your needs.

Short Run

For speed and initial production runs less than 500 units, sometimes soft tooling is the best path. For small production runs, we can offer in-house assembly and QA.

Turnkey Manufacturing

Our network of trusted manufacturers may be a fit for you, or we can help you identify and vet capable new contract manufacturing partners.
