Always Active
These items are required to enable basic website functionality.
Marketing
These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator’s permission.
Analytics
These items help the website operator understand how its website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues. This storage type usually doesn’t collect information that identifies a visitor.
Personalization
These items allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, a website may provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing data about your current location.

Industrial Design, UI/UX

We are bringing new things into the world. Those things must coexist and positively impact whoever comes in contact with them.

Shape Development

  • Forms and Surfacing

  • Color, Material and Finish

  • Ergonomics and anthropomorphics

User Interface (UI)

  • GUI development

  • Tactile and physical interaction

Product Engineering

Winning comes when a team works together. A tight team shares knowledge and decision analysis to drive the deeper success metrics of manufacturability, durability, and quality.

Mechanical Engineering

  • Enclosure design

  • Mechanism development

  • Power and drive systems

Electronics Engineering

  • PCBA development

  • Battery and power system design

  • Microprocessor and component selection

Firmware & Software Engineering

  • Embedded firmware development

  • iOS and Android app development

  • C++, C#, Python, and more

04.

Prototyping

Good products go through multiple cycles of prototyping, testing, and iterating throughout the development process.

Functional Prototypes

  • Low fidelity or high fidelity

  • Hand built, 3D printed, machined

  • Tests how a design or subsystem works

Trade Show Prototypes

  • Premium look and feel

  • Functional enough for pre-sales

  • Perfect for customer feedback

Communication Prototypes

  • Representative of the final product

  • May be fully or partially functional

  • Great for investors or stakeholders

What we can do for you:

01.

Market Testing prototypes

Proving that customers will buy your product should happen as early as possible. After all, your investment in product development is based on assumptions about who will buy the product, how much they will pay, and how many they will buy. A smart approach to market testing prototypes means identifying the right set of features to include and exclude in order to get the market data you need in the most cost effective way possible.

‍

02.

Design of Experiments and Testing

The value of a prototype is driven not only by the prototype itself, but also by the testing method, and how the data is collected. After testing, data analysis leads to test conclusions, which then drive subsequent development priorities.

03.

Looks-Like Prototypes

When product aesthetics, ergonomics, look, and feel are the most important drivers of success, looks-like prototypes are an important development tool. When developed and built properly, looks-like prototypes serve to test specific aesthetic choices in a product. Often times a looks-like prototype will be designed to intentionally exclude specific functional features, since testing the aesthetics or ergonomics is the top priority.

04.

Works-Like Prototypes

In many projects, delivering specific functionality makes or breaks the product. In these cases functional testing with works-like prototypes is very important. Works-like prototypes serve to test and validate specific functions, or combinations of functions to ensure that the product will deliver what the users expect. Works-like prototypes will typically increase in fidelity as the project progresses. Findings from early works-like prototypes will drive subsequent design and engineering focus.

05.

Electronics Prototypes

The software we use to design PCBA's and develop firmware gives our development engineers a head start in development, but validating various electronics features and functions along the way is very important. This means testing for energy consumption, pre-scanning for regulatory testing, validating firmware and software, testing interfaces with related devices, testing wireless communication, and testing corner-cases when appropriate.

06.

IoT Device Prototypes

IoT devices must be validated with prototypes at multiple stages during development. Typically we will use prototypes throughout development to test core functionality, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, back-end communication, data fidelity, security, sensor integration, and more.
