Electrical Engineering Services

SGW's electrical engineering services take your product from circuit concept to production-ready boards. We handle system architecture, component selection, schematic capture, and PCB design, with the electrical and mechanical sides of the product engineered together from the start.

Our PCB work covers designs up to sixteen layers, including high-speed digital interfaces and power electronics. We focus on layout, routing, and signal integrity so boards perform reliably, and on power design that keeps devices efficient, cool, and safe. We also take on selected RF work, coordinating antenna placement, keep-out zones, and enclosure materials so wireless performance holds up inside the final product.

Because electronics never live on their own, our electrical engineers work alongside our mechanical engineers and industrial designers. Board outlines, connectors, cable routing, thermal paths, and sealing are resolved together, which avoids the late-stage conflicts that delay so many hardware programs.

Compliance is planned in, not bolted on. We run FCC and CE pre-compliance testing in house to catch emissions and immunity issues early, then support formal certification through outside accredited test labs. From prototype boards through production documentation, BOMs, and supplier support, SGW gives your product an electrical foundation that is ready to build.
