Radar and Wireless Product Development
We design products that integrate radar and RF modules, plus the test equipment behind them, with enclosures, materials, and mechanical systems engineered around RF performance from day one. That includes RF-compatible enclosures and radomes, in-cab radar displays, 5G and wireless networking hardware, and RF and millimeter wave test chambers. Radar and RF products only perform when the enclosure works with the signal instead of against it. We select materials for RF transparency, durability, and sealing, then design housings and mounts around antenna placement and layout constraints, working closely with electrical engineers on keep-out zones, shielding, and board packaging. Thermal management is often the hardest part. RF electronics generate heat, and a sealed, RF-transparent housing leaves it few places to go. We engineer conduction paths, heat spreaders, and material choices so modules stay within their operating limits without compromising the signal, while still meeting IP and MIL-STD requirements where they apply. Testing radar products takes a controlled RF environment, so we also design anechoic chambers with custom fixturing and motion control that simulate long ranges in a compact footprint. From prototype through production, we support RF, environmental, and field testing and prepare the documentation your suppliers need.

Radar enclosure and radome design
Radar and RF products only perform when the enclosure works with the signal instead of against it. We select materials for RF transparency, durability, and sealing, then design radomes, housings, and mounts around antenna placement and layout constraints.
Thermal management is often the hardest part. RF electronics generate heat, and a sealed, RF-transparent housing leaves it few places to go. We engineer conduction paths, heat spreaders, and material choices so modules stay within their operating limits without compromising the signal.
We work closely with electrical engineering teams to define keep-out zones, RF mitigations, and board packaging so mechanical decisions support RF and thermal performance.

Radar displays and in-vehicle HMI
Many radar systems need a driver or operator interface. We design in-cab displays and HMIs that stay readable, sealed, and simple to use in demanding vehicles and equipment.
Industrial design, sealing, mounting, and user input are engineered together, from the first concept through production.
RF and millimeter wave test chambers
Testing radar products takes a controlled RF environment. We design anechoic chambers with custom fixturing, motion control, and waveguide packaging that simulates long ranges in a compact footprint.
Chambers are delivered assembled and validated, and can be scaled to multiple sizes as your test needs grow.
